Day 1: Shannon Arrival & Cliffs of Moher
Your tour starts in Ennis where you will meet your tour director at your first hotel. The hotel is located 16 miles away from Shannon Airport. You will then travel to the Atlantic Coast to see the beautiful Cliffs of Moher before returning to the hotel for a welcome drink with your tour director and then dinner. (D)

Day 2: Galway & Connemara
See the hills, lakes and freely roaming mountain goats in Connemara before enjoying a walking tour of Galway to see the medieval city walls, Lynch’s Castle and the narrow streets of the city centre. Continue your journey on to explore the shops and pubs of Westport before checking in to your hotel and enjoying an evening meal. (B, D)

Day 3: Westport House & Achill Island
Take a tour of Westport House before travelling across a bridge from Clew Bay to Achill Island and take in the magnificent mountain scenery. See the Deserted Village near Slievemore where you will find the remains of cottages abandoned in the 1840’s Famine. Stop for lunch in Keel before returning to Westport for a walking tour. Spend the evening at your leisure. (B, L)

Day 4: Country Life & Donegal Castle
Today you will visit the Museum of Country Life to see the domestic goods used during the 19th and early 20th centuries. Enjoy a tour of Donegal Castle in Donegal town before heading through the Bluestack Mountains to your Stranorlar hotel. (B, D)

Day 5: Glenveagh Castle & Grand Atlantic
Drive Visit Glenveagh National Park in the heart of Donegal. Learn about the history of Glenveagh Castle and explore its many rooms and gardens. Next, admire the views of the Grand Atlantic Drive before returning to Stranorlar before dinner. (B, D)

Day 6: Derry & Giant’s Causeway
Experience Derry with a local guide as you make your way around the medieval city walls, the Diamond and St. Columb’s Cathedral. Travel along the north coast, stopping at Dunluce Castle before heading to the Giant’s Causeway, formed by volcanic activity over 60 million years ago. Admire the scenery along the Nine Glens of Antrim on your way to Belfast. (B, D)

Day 7

: Titanic Belfast & Dublin’s Abbey Tavern
Take a panoramic tour around central Belfast followed by some time at Titanic Belfast to learn about the famous liner through state-of-the-art displays. Visit Down Cathedral to see the historical burial place of St. Patrick, Ireland’s patron saint and learn about his life and times at the St. Patrick Centre. Travel to Dublin and check into your hotel then head to the popular Abbey Tavern for a hearty dinner and a lively show of traditional music, songs and dancing. (B, D)

Day 8: Dublin Tour & Book of Kells
Take a tour around Dublin to see the beautiful Georgian houses and also take a tour around the campus of Trinity College. View the illuminated manuscript of the Book of Kells here and cross the river Liffey to O’Connell Street and see the general Post Office. The afternoon is free for you to explore at your leisure, maybe taking an open top bus tour using your independent vouchers. (B)

Day 9: Tour Ends in Dublin
Enjoy a final breakfast before your tour comes to an end. (B)
